Please download an AERC application and submit it for changes or improvements you plan to make to your property prior to beginning the projects. Projects should be within MWHOA Guidelines and in compliance with Montgomery West Covenants. Procedure for making Architectural Changes a) Homeowners submit AERC application for approval. b) Within 10 days, the AERC should respond to the homeowner. Our covenants state that no response from the AERC or Board of directors within 60 days constitutes an approval of the application. c) After AERC approval, required building permits can be obtained. Please note that AERC approval is contingent upon the project meeting County codes and regulations. d) Work on the project must be completed within one year of obtaining AERC approval.
